These terms describe what Bali Digital Academy provides, how learners are expected to use the modules, and where our responsibility ends. They apply to every page, exercise, and downloadable resource on this site.
Bali Digital Academy publishes structured learning material on programming, coding, and software development. Modules cover application development, core programming concepts, and general digital skills. Everything here is self-study content: we do not run live classes, we do not issue accredited degrees, and we do not place learners into jobs. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial study unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your login credentials private. Do not share module access, scrape the material in bulk, resell it, or republish it as your own course. Reverse-engineering the platform, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, or using it to distribute malicious code is not allowed. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
Lesson texts, code samples, diagrams, and exercise structures remain the property of Bali Digital Academy or the authors who contributed them. You may use code snippets from the lessons inside your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not copy whole modules, translate them, or bundle them into a competing product. Short quotations with a clear reference back to the source are fine.
Learning outcomes depend on how much time you put in, your prior experience, and the tools you work with. We describe what each module covers, not what you will achieve after finishing it. Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, certification, income, or a specific technical skill level. Treat the material as a structured starting point and verify anything critical against official documentation.
We keep the platform running and the content checked, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every example is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Bali Digital Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the material, from downtime, or from decisions you make based on a lesson. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We update these terms when the platform changes, for example when a new module format or account feature is introduced. The revised version is published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the site after that date counts as acceptance. If a change is significant, we will note it on the platform so it does not pass unnoticed.
You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account. We may also end or restrict access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice before access is removed.
